Press the brake pedal and the DIRECT SELECT

lever upwards or downwards to the first point

of resistance.

Transmission position display

Subsequently releasing the brake pedal will allow

you to move the vehicle freely, e.g. to push it or

tow it away.

If the automatic transmission should also stay in
neutral

 when the vehicle is switched off, carry

out the following:

Start the vehicle.

Depress the brake pedal and engage neutral

Release the brake pedal.

#

Switch off the vehicle.

If you then leave the vehicle and the key is still

in the vehicle, the automatic transmission will

stay in neutral
