Engine Oil Pressure Stop

Switch Off Engine

* The oil pressure is too low.

NOTE Engine damage caused by driving with insufficient oil pressure

Avoid driving with insufficient oil pressure.

Stop the vehicle immediately in accordance with the traffic conditions. Do not continue driving under any circum-

stances.

Switch off the vehicle.

Consult a qualified specialist workshop.

Engine Oil Level Cannot Be

Measured

* The electrical connection to the oil level sensor has been interrupted or the oil level sensor is faulty.

Overview of indicator and warning lamps

Some systems will perform a self-test when the

vehicle is switched on. Some indicator and warn-

ing lamps may briefly light up or flash. This behav-

ior is non-critical. These indicator and warning

lamps indicate a malfunction only if they light up

or flash after the vehicle has been started or dur-

ing a journey.
