Practical advice

Emergency release of the drive-off lock

M00.00-0092-01

Raise the bus at the jacking points
on the rear axle shown in the illustra-
tion.

Caution:

Never position the jack against oil drain
plug (1) or in the centre of the axle cas-
ing.

Emergency release of the drive-off
lock

Danger.

This switch has a security seal and is in-
tended to be operated only in the event
of a malfunction in the bus stop brake or
drive-off lock.

Danger.

Make absolutely sure that the parking
brake is applied before you operate the
bus stop brake emergency release switch.
The bus could otherwise roll away.
