CompactPCI Serial

3.14.1

Backplane Filling Order

The CompactPCI Serial standard supports a maximum of 2 PCI Express x8 links (fat pipe),

6 PCI Express x4, 8 SATA, 8 USB and 8 Ethernet interfaces.

Refer to the CompactPCI Serial standard PICMG CPCI-S.0 for detailed

information regarding the rear I/O connectors.


