Accept ActiveX Control to be installed.
For the first access of IP Camera in this particular PC, Internet browser will request you the permission to
install an ActiveX Control provided by IP Camera.
b.
Security Level of Internet Browser.
If installation has failed, please check
Security Setting
of Internet browser. Following is an example for
Internet Explorer:
Internet Explorer > [Tools] > [Internet Options] > [Security] > [Custom Level…] > [Security Settings].
Locate the following options and select [Enable] or [Prompt] for both of them:

Download unsigned ActiveX control
●
Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe
