Please Note: If you can not draw any milk from the breast after five minutes of operation,
discontinue use and try again later.
2-STAGE BREAST MILK EXPRESSION:
It was found out according to the last deep investigation of breastfeeding physiology, that
the infant, first, suckles the breast often but not strong, it stimulates let-down of milk (stage
of «stimulation»). Then, when milk appears, the infant begins to suckle slower and deeper
(stage of «suckle»). This discovery led to developing of two-stage expression and appear -
ing of new devices for expression of breast milk. Mechanical breast-pump GM-20 belongs
to such devices.
Stage of «stimulation»
Turn the handle knob to mode « »
and press the handle often
for stimulation let-down of milk.
Stage of «suckling»
Turn the handle knob to mode « »
and press the handle seldom for providing
efficient and fast expression.
NOTICE:
1. All parts should be cleaned and sterilized using the steam sterilizer. Keep it dry and
sealed.
2. Do NOT use the device when it is not attached to the bottle because of possible dam-
age.
3. Do not put in direct sunlight.
4. If you have any discomfort or painful feeling after use, consult your Physician or Lacta-
tion Consultant.
