I.V. STAND, 4 HOOK WITH CAST IRON BASE
MDS80500
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. The one piece pole has two threaded ends
connected with a locking collar.
2. Lay the pole on the ground. Place the base
with the pre-assembled casters on its side
next to the pole. Secure the longer bottom
portion of the pole through the hole in the
base. Insert the flat washer first and then
the lock washer. Screw the nut into place.
Securely tighten the threaded nut with a
wrench.
3. Screw the I.V. hook unit onto the shorter
threaded top portion of the pole.
4. Adjust the height of the pole by loosening
and then tightening the collar firmly by
hand.
5. Periodically check that the thread bolt is
properly tightened in the bottom of the
base and that the nuts on the casters
are secure. Ensure the I.V. Hook is tightly
secured.
6. Cleaning of the I.V. Stand should be in
accordance with the facility’s maintenance
policies.
