Negative Relative Accommodation Test 

-

 

Purpose: Measure the Accommodation with  negative convergence 

during subjective test. 

-

 

Chart: Near Vision Chart 

-

 

Auxiliary Lens: None 

-

 

Objective: measure the value of BREAK and RECOVERY for left, right 

and binocular. 

-

 

Operation sequence 

1.

 

  Press [ADD VA] 

  button. 

2.

 

  Adjust the location of near vision chart as the patient can verify it. 

3.

 

  Press [R], [B], [L] button to select the eye for test. 

4.

 

  On option control screen, press [NRA] button and then adjust the 

value of [BLUR] to find the blurred point. 

5.

 

  Adjust the value of [RECOVERY] and find the clear point. 

6.

 

  After the test, press [OK] to save.   

7.

 

  If you want to clear the test result, press [CANCEL] or [x] button.
