Mounting the docking locking plate
The MC 1144 is prepared mounting of the docking lock plate, by
predrilled holes in the chassis.
To mount the docking locking plate:
• Turn of the chair.
• Dismantle the legrests if mounted.
• Remove the seat
• Remove the hoist and tilt module.
• Remove the battery box.
Now the bottom of the chassis can be accessed, and the lock -
ing plate can be mounted.

The 2 supplied plates are placed
on either side of the mounting plate
inside the battery box and fixed with
double-sided tape or glue.
The thick mounting plate is fixed with the
screws from the mounting plate on the inside of
the battery box. The remaining threaded holes
are used when installing the locking plate.
Now we have to mount the 8 mm
distance plate and the locking plate
with screws from Dahl Docking.
Included in Art. no. 501750 and
503600.
The screws must be shortened to a
total length of 29 mm.
Warning: Do not use shorter screws
here.
If you need to lower your locking plate, it is
possible to af more spacers. Max 3 mm.
