1. Check whether the infusion tube is
twisted or extruded and whether the
retaining needle leaks.
2. Check whether the occlusion level
setting is reasonable (an older patient
indicates a higher drug liquid viscosity
and higher infusion rate, and the
occlusion level also needs to be
higher).
3. Calibrate the pressure value of the
consumable.
4.
Calibrate the pressure value of
the pressure sensor when it does
not touch the infusion tube, and
check that the KB value is correct.
(Generally, the K value is
404mV/N±50 and B value is about
500mV±200.
)
