Verifying the Operation of a DT3010 Series Board

Testing Single-Value Digital Input

To verify that the board can read a single digital input value, do the following:

Connect a digital input to digital input line 0 of port A on the DT3010 Series board. Refer
to

page 74

for an example of how to connect a digital input.

In the Quick DataAcq application, choose

Digital Input

from the

Acquisition

menu.

Select the appropriate DT3010 Series board from the Board list box.

Select digital input port A by clicking

Port A

Click

Get

The application displays the value of each digital input line in port A on the screen in both text and
graphical form.
