ESCRIPTION OF THE SUPPLY
The M.C.M. Wrapping Machine model M254 is the supply referred to in this Use and Maintenance
Manual.
This is an automatic device with partial manual loading (only in the initial stage) intended to pack
products, mainly consisting of food, in film.
It is equipped with a Command and Control Panel on the machine and has a standard configuration
(described in this Use and Maintenance Manual), which consists of the following parts:
Double reel holder;
Simple jaws;
Fixed conveyor;
Print centring;
Four pairs of sealing drive rollers powered by a brushless servo motor
First pair of tilting sealing drive rollers;
Inverter controlled asynchronous line motor.
On request, it can be configured with the following accessories (not included, therefore not described
in this Use and Maintenance Manual):
Adjustable conveyor;
Automatic reel change;
Double jaws;
Safety joint on jaws;
Automatic hot roller opening;
Rotary date printer;
Data printer on the jaws.
