ARRANTY
The terms of the machine warranty are shown on its contract of sale.
This is a brief summary of the normal warranty terms and conditions:
12 (twelve) months on mechanical parts, except on the parts subject to wear.
6 (six) months on electrical/electronic parts.
The supply of spare parts under warranty is defined as Ex Works (EXW) of the material being
replaced. Therefore, unless agreed otherwise during the negotiations, all costs related to transport or
delivery and/or the visit of the technician assigned for the replacement, including the journey, board
and lodging, will be completely borne by the Customer.
The warranty will be rendered null and void as soon as damage caused by incorrect operation and/or
tampering with the parts by unauthorised personnel is noted.
M.C.M. S.r.l. reserves the indisputable right to verify the actual causes of defects in the material or
technical fault. If faults or malfunctions should be noted due to improper use or not conforming to the
provisions referred to in Paragraph 1.2 of this section, M.C.M. S.r.l. will charge all costs associated
with the checking and replacement operations directly to the Customer.

OURT OF JURISDICTION
Unless agreed otherwise during the negotiations, any dispute shall be resolved by the Court of Milan.

PPLIED TECHNIQUE LEGISLATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
The EC Declaration of Conformity indicating the applicable standards is provided in Section 5
(Attachments).
