M.C.M. S.r.l. disclaims any liability for damage and/or injury to persons, animals or property resulting
from the failure to comply with the requirements in this document "assembly instructions".
The details below should not be considered a long and burdensome list of warnings, but a number of
instructions aimed at improving the machine performance from every aspect and particularly prevent
injury to persons, animals or property as a result of improper use and behaviour.
The document has been drafted in accordance with the following standards: UNI 10653, UNI 010893
and UNI EN 12635. The document reflects the state of the machine at the time of sale, therefore,
M.C.M. S.r.l. reserves the right to update it without the obligation to adapt the previous versions.
In terms of the law, M.C.M. S.r.l. considers this document to be a business secret, prohibiting anyone
from reproducing it or disclosing its content to third parties, in whole or in part, or to competitor
companies without specific written authorisation from M.C.M. S.r.l.
This document must be kept throughout the life of the machine, and a new copy may be requested if
this is damaged or lost. If the machine is sold, the User is asked to pass on the address of the new
owner to M.C.M. S.r.l.
The Head of Department or Maintenance must keep this document in a protected, dry place and make
it available to the user for consultation. For any information or request please contact:
