VERIFY FREEZE FRAME DATA
HAS BEEN RECORDED
z
Has FREEZE FRAME DATA
been recorded?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Record FREEZE FRAME DATA on the
repair order, then go to the next step.

VERIFY RELATED REPAIR
INFORMATION AVAILABILITY
z
Verify related Service Bulletins
and/or on-line repair information
availability.
z
Is any related Service Bulletins
available?
Yes
Perform repair or diagnosis according to
the available Service Bulletins.
z
If the vehicle is not repaired, go to
the next step.
No
Go to the next step.

INSPECT PCM FOR LATEST
CALIBRATION
z
Program the PCM to the latest
calibration.
z
Turn the ignition switch off.
z
Perform the KOEO self-test.
z
Turn the ignition switch off.
z
Perform the KOER self-test.
z
Use the customer information to
recreate the concern.
z
Perform the self-test.
z
Are DTCs P060A, P060C or
P060D present?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Go to Step 5.

INSPECT FOR CORRECT PCM
OPERATION
Yes
Replace the PCM, then go to the next step.
