Start precision calibration procedure
1.
Unload the load cell(s) for Tension Zone 1 which are
measuring roll weight. There must be no web tension
present on channel 2.
2.
Enter the command 0x01 (Zero Calibrate Zone 1) in the
Command Request
register. The DLCA NET-S1
immediately responds with 0x8000 0001 (Busy) in the
Command Response
.
If the calibrate zero is successful, the DLCA NET-S1 will
respond with 0x1000 0001 after ten to twenty seconds.
Otherwise, an error message will be returned 0x20XX
0001.
3.
Clear the
Command Request
register by entering the
command 0x00.
4.
Remove any tension from the load cells on channel 2.
Apply the calibration roll weight to the load cells on
channel 1 entered in parameter 0x20D.
5.
Enter the command 0x02 (Precision Calibrate Zone 1) in
the
Command Request
. The DLCA NET-S1 immediately
responds with 0x8000 0002 (Busy) in the
Command
Response
.
If the calibrate precision is successful, the DLCA NET-S1
will respond with 0x1000 0002 after 10 to 20 seconds.
Otherwise an error message will be returned 0x20XX 0002.
6.
Clear the
Command Request
register by entering the
command 0x00.
7.
Unload the load cells on channel 2 which are measuring
web tension. The calibration roll weight on channel 1 can
either be there or not.
8.
Enter the command 0x04 (Zero Calibrate Zone 2) in the
Command Request
. The DLCA NET-S1 immediately
responds with 0x8000 0004 (Busy) in the
Command
Response
.
If the calibrate zero is successful, the DLCA NET-S1 will
respond with 0x1000 0004 after 10 to 20 seconds.
Otherwise an error message will be returned 0x20XX 0004.
9.
Clear the
Command Request
register by entering the
command 0x00.
