6 FIRMWARE UPDATE
By pressing the symbol at the top right of the home page showing Hi-T2, it is possible to see the current firmware version installed in
the touch-screen.
In case of firmware update, it is possible to make the upgrade by means of a USB key, using the on-board USB port.
For the upgrade:
- copy the upgrade files in the root directory of a USB pen-drive;
- insert the pen-drive into the Hi-T2 USB port;
- enter into “ Configurations -> “ User menu ” (see Paragraph 3.6.5.1);
- after having entered the user password and entered the “User menu” , select the string which appears: “ Firmware update ”;
- the controller automatically recognises the firmware presence inside the USB pen-drive and starts the updating procedure;
- follow the instructions shown on the display and extract the pen-drive only when requested by the message “ Remove the
USB pen-drive . The panel will reboot to finish the update ”;
- wait until the update has completed.

The service parameters of the Chillers are those shown in the user-installer manual of I-32V5 chiller/heat pump units.
