If any problem occurred during digital communication, first check the following first.
No Problem Cause and treatment

Cannot communicate via LAN If no communications at all

The LAN cable is not connected.

Connect the LAN cable.

Cannot communicate via USB
(CDC)

The USB cable is not connected.
⇒
Connect the USB cable.

A communication error occurs
during command transmission.

Excessive commands are transmitted.
⇒
Reduce the number of commands or increase the
interval between the command transmissions.

SCPI command does not work.

Remote mode is not set.
⇒
Send "SYST:REM" to set Remote mode.
(Refer to 7-3, 7-4, and 7-5-1.)

Web interface is not displayed.

Is the IP address of the network set to the default?

Set the network settings to the default. (Refer to 7-1-2.)
