Port Parameters-Mobile

SE should program various Mobile port parameters for smooth and proper functioning of SIMADO GFXD1111S. All 
these parameters are described below:

Enable/Disable Mobile Port:

SE can enable/disable the Mobile Port as per the requirement of the User. Disabling of Mobile Port is required only 
in cases like problem in the GSM Module, SIM Card not present etc. GFXD1111S will not route outgoing calls, when 
the Mobile Port is disabled. However, incoming calls will be allowed even if Mobile Port is disabled.

Use following command to enable/disable the Mobile Port:

201-Flag-#*

Where,

By default, the Mobile Port is enabled.

Enable/Disable CLIR on the Mobile Port:

SIMADO GFXD1111S supports the facility of the GSM/CDMA network by which the user can keep his identity 
secret from the remote party when he makes a call. This is known as Calling Line Identification Restriction. This 
feature enables user to make anonymous calls. CLIR is useful only while making outgoing calls from Mobile Port.

To use this feature, you must get CLIR facility enabled from your service provider. When CLIR is enabled, identity of 
the caller is not revealed to the called party. 

Use following command to enable/disable CLIR on the Mobile Port:

Where,

By default, CLIR is disabled.

Some networks do not allow outgoing calls when CLIR is activated.

Enable/Disable the notification of incoming SMS:

SE can program GFXD1111S to notify the user of all incoming SMS on the Mobile Port. (Refer 

“SMS (Short 

Message Service)”

 feature for more details)
