MATRIX VARTA AMP100 User Guide

Call Toggle

Call Toggle allows you to switch between an active call and a held call.

During an active call,

•

Tap the

Pending Call

bar displaying the held call. Speech is established with the party on hold. The active

call is put on hold.

•

Repeat the previous step again, to talk to the party on hold.

In this way, you can talk to both the parties alternately.

If you have multiple held calls, tap the Pending Call bar. Then tap the respective held party with whom you
want to talk. For more details, see

“Handling Multiple Calls”.
