Know Your EON45
The EON45 is an easy to use, feature rich phone. It possesses a
adjustable 2x16 character liquid crystal display, 25 programmable
keys, dial pad, 8 function specific keys.
The functions of each of these blocks are explained below in brief:
The 2 line x 16 character liquid crystal display
• In the ON-Hook condition, the first line displays the station number
and the station name whereas the second line displays day, date,
time and timezone.
• It displays the calling party’s number if the station to which the
EON45 is connected is given access for cLIP facility.
• It displays various situation specific messages like on going OFF-
Hook, it displays ‘Dial......’, after transferring the call, it displays ‘call
transferred’, etc. letting the user know the status of the action.
• It shows the number of calls pending to be answered while the user
is talking to other party.
• It also displays messages like OK!, Error!, etc. during programming
the system.
