Guaranty
Matador B.V. has full confidence in her products and offers an excellent guaranty.
The legal guaranty rights of the purchaser in respect of the seller remain unaffected by the
terms of this guaranty.
The guaranty is valid in the member states of the European Union and the European Free-
Trade Association.
When your Matador product shows defects within 24 months after the date of purchase as a
consequence of material shortcomings or faulty design, we guarantee replacement of the
faulty parts at no cost (excluding forwarding-charges), the repair of the product or
replacement of the product, unless:
the product has been subjected to hiring-out.
the product has been subjected to unprofessional use.
the product has been damaged by external influences or accident.
repairs have been executed by others than our service centre or qualified Matador
personnel.
In the event of a claim under the guaranty, please contact your dealer or the nearest
authorised customer service centre with this guaranty declaration and a proof of purchase.
