4. Check and verify the motor
oil level in
the pump.
5. Close the tank drain valve (1). Plug

6. Set the pressure switch to the ON
position and allow the tank pressure to
build. Motor will stop when tank
pressure reaches cut

out pressure.
7. Turn the air pressure regulator knob
clockwise until desired pressure is
reached.
Shut down procedure
1. Set the pressure switch (1) to the OFF
position.
2. Unplug the power cord (2).
3. Reduce the pressure in the tank through
the outlet hose. Pulling the safety valve
ring (3) and keeping it open will also
reduce the pressure in the tank

performing any maintenance or repair, disconnect power source from the
compressor and bleed out all air pressure.
