Troubleshooting UniView
The following section lists possible symptoms, the potential cause, and next steps.

The Masimo System, PoC, or host device is not
connected to a network.

Ensure the PoC device is enabled for WiFi or Ethernet.

The Masimo System, PoC, or host device is not
on the
same
network.
•
Ensure both the Masimo System and the PoC device are
configured to the same network.
•
Ensure the destination IP address of the PoC device is
the Masimo System IP address.

•
An incorrect IP address for the Masimo System
is entered into UniView.
•
Masimo System software version is not
compatible with UniView software version.

Hospital network settings changed.

Forgot Masimo System login

Confirm the PoC device is ON.

Confirm the PoC device is displaying parameter data.
