Drain and flush the ink circuit
WARNING:„The„ink„circuit„must„be„fully„drained„and„flushed„in„the„following„
cases:„
-„shutdown„for„more„than„15„days;„
-„storage„of„the„printer;„
-„printer„moved„over„a„long„distance.
Equipment„required:
-„Latex„gloves
-„Protective„goggles
-„draining/flushing„kit
-„2„additive„cartridges

Replace„the„air„filter„(see„procedure).
Turn„on„the„printer.
Access„the„Drain/Flush„function:„

Confirm„draining.

Remove„the„ink„circuit„from„the„printer„
(see„procedure).
Remove„the„machine„drain„hose„from„
its„retaining„guide.„Slide„the„sleeve„that„
protects„the„stopper„toward„the„base„of„
the„hose„and„then„remove„the„stopper.
