Insert the shorter strap into the slot at rear of
mount. (right to left will be easier for right
handed people)
Position tension lock (plastic piece) Off to the
side, and tighten. It will help to press on the
strap against the handle with the left index
finger as shown to keep from rotating, while
pulling the strap tight with the right hand.
For normal doorways a 5 inch fold over is
appropriate. Pinch as shown to keep secure.
Place the massage device on the saddle of the
mount as shown. It may help to create a loose
loop first, then slide the device in the loop.
Place a rolled up sock or other soft object about
5 inches from the end of the longer 36” strap.
Then fold the strap over the sock.
Insert sock (or other object) into the doorway
and close the door so that the sock is on the
opposite side. You will need to be on the side
of the door that swings to you, not away from
you. Make sure the sock clears the doorjamb
on the opposite side.
