Does supercharge accessory supply system pressurize to 3,000 psi (207 bar) when 

moving boom hinge pins switch to extend or retract position at remote controller?

POSSIBLE CAUSES

Not in setup remote mode; Faulty control valve section; Supercharge 

accessory supply pump is faulty; Mechanical problem.
