- Swing reduction unit oil change
(only 360°)
Position the lift truck, with turret aligned, on a
level surface,
retract and raise telescopic boom completely,
and then turn the turret to the right by
+/- 60°, for better access to the rotation
reduction gear filling points (Fig.E9).
Stop the I.C. engine and wait for the hydraulic
oil to cool down.
To change the oil in the top part, place a
suitable vessel under the main drain
plug 1 (fig.E9/1), loosen this latter and
allow the old oil to drain out. Fit the
drain plug 1 (fig.E9/1) back on and tigh-
ten it. Pour in new oil through hole 2
(fig.E9/1) (see “Lubricants”). The level
is correct when the oil spills from hole 3
(fig.E9/1).

Den Teleskopstapler mit ausgerichtetem
Turm auf eine ebene Fläche stellen, den
Teleskopausleger ganz einfahren und
heben und den Turm dann um +/- 60°
nach rechts drehen, um besseren Zugriff
zu den Einfüllstellen des
Rotationsgetriebes (Abb. E9) zu
erhalten; den Motor abstellen und
abwarten, dass das Öl sich abkühlt.
Zum Wechseln des Öls im oberen Teil
einen geeigneten Auffangbehälter unter
den Hauptablassstopfen 1 (Abb. E9/1)
stellen, Ablassstopfen entfernen und das
Öl ablaufen lassen.
Den Ablassstopfen 1 (Abb. E9/1)
wieder einsetzen und festziehen.
Das Einfüllen erfolgt durch die Öffnung 2
(Abb. E9/1) (siehe "Schmierstoffe"). Der
Füllstand des Öls ist richtig, wenn das
Öl die Öffnung 3 (Abb. E9/1)
erreicht und austritt.

- Sostituire l’olio del riduttore
rotazione
(solo 360°)
Posizionare il carrello, con torretta
allineata, su di una superficie piana,
rientrare e sollevare completamente il
braccio telescopico e poi ruotare la
torretta a destra di +/- 60°, per accedere
meglio ai punti di riempimento del
riduttore rotazione (fig.E9); fermare il
motore termico e attendere che si
raffreddi l’olio idraulico.
Per la sostituzione dell’olio porre un
recipiente sotto il tappo di scarico princi-
pale 1 (fig.E9/1), allentarlo e lasciare
defluire l’olio. Rimettere e stringere il
tappo di scarico 1 (fig.E9/1). Eseguire il
riempimento attraverso il foro 2
(fig.E9/1) (vedi “Lubrificanti”). Il livello é
corretto quando l’olio affiora e defluisce
dal foro 3 (fig.E9/1).
