Method

TO TOP OFF OIL: Remove the fill cap and top of the reser-
voir. Add oil until oil level meets the full line in the sight glass.
TO DRAIN OIL: With the machine Off, remove the drain plug
at the bottom of the reservoir and allow oil to drain.
Replace the plug and fill as described in TO TOP OFF OIL.

Inspect daily, add oil as necessary. Check oil level with the
spindle running. Change every 2000 hours of operation.

Method

TO TOP OFF OIL: Remove the fill cap and top of the reser-
voir. Add oil until oil level meets the full line in the sight glass.
TO DRAIN OIL: With the machine Off, remove the drain plug
at the bottom of the reservoir and allow oil to drain.
Replace the plug and fill as described in TO TOP OFF OIL.

Frequency is based on: 40 hours per week, 200 hours per month, 1200

hours semi-annually, and 2000 hours annually.
