The MakerBot Replicator Smart
Extruder is installed, but the
MakerBot Replicator does not
recognize it.

Remove the Smart Extruder and run the extruder
attachment script by going to

utilities > system

tools > Change smart Extruder

.

Print files don’t appear in USB
storage or internal storage.

Make sure that your print files are in the appropriate
format. Print files for the MakerBot Replicator must
have a .makerbot file extension.

If these solutions don’t solve your issue, or if you are having a problem that doesn’t appear
here, please contact MakerBot Support by emailing [email protected]. See page 56
