In case you receive an error message during the update process, here are a few hints:

Please check the following
DinoPark Display Updater FAILED, please contact
Is the Text Display connected to the PC?
Did you pass the correct COM port to the Display
Updater?
Did you try another USB port and another USB
cable?
DinoPark Updater Step1 FAILED, please contact
Is DinoPark switched on and connected to the PC?
Have you possibly already executed DinoPark
Updater Step 1?
Did you try another USB port and another USB
cable?
DinoPark Updater Step2 FAILED, please contact
Is DinoPark switched on and connected to the PC?
Have you executed DinoPark Updater Step 1
before?
Did you pass the correct COM port to the DinoPark
Updater step 2?
Did you try another USB port and another USB
cable?
If you are sure that you have done everything correctly, but still can't perform the updates without errors, please contact us at
[email protected] (mailto:[email protected]). When you contact us please make sure you include all
files which you find in the "log" folder which you find in the "updater" directory.Also please let us know the following essential
information:
Which device is affected (DinoPark or Text Display)?
Which step fails (please include error message if available)?
Which Windows version are you using?
