The fan is operated by the control switch.
Delayed opening/closing of the electrical shutters.
Some models are provided with a 6 steps speed controller. When the speed controller is set at step "0" the shutter
on the fan will stay open even though the motor is switched OFF, to provide natural ventilation.
Before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning operations, disconnect the main electrical supply.
• Disassemble the grille as per Fig. 10.
• Disassemble the shutter as per Fig. 9.
• To disassemble or clean the motor-impeller group, disconnect the removable terminal block (Fig. 8).
• Clean the grille and shutter either with a brush, or a neutral detergent or simply with water.
Before re-assembling ensure that the components are thoroughly dry.

Troubleshooting
The product has been designed and constructed using high-quality materials and components that can be recycled or re-
utilised.
If a crossed-out wheeled bin is illustrated on a product, this means that the product satisfies the requirements of the
2012/19/EU European Directive.
Make inquiries about the disposal collection methods of electrical and electronic products in force in the zone in which the
product must be disposed of.
Conform to the local norms regarding the disposal of waste materials and do not dispose of old products in normal domestic
waste material. A correct dismantling and disposal of products helps to prevent environmental pollution and possible injury
to health.
Abusive disposal of the product by the user implies the application of administrative fines foreseen by the norms in force.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
The product is not working No power Check to see that the electrical connection has been
properly made and that there is an electricity supply
coming to the fan.
The fan blade is no running Check to see that there is no impediment blocking it.
The shutter does not open Faulty mounting Wait for at least 30 seconds (delayed opening).
Check to see if the shutter mounting has been properly
made (Fig. 11).
