3.1 Product description
EHD roof fans are used to extract air from
production facilities and workplaces. For
example from canteens, commercial
premises, labs or even air extraction systems
for machines or workplaces.
EHD units are developed for use in outdoor
areas. They are either fitted on a suitable
base frame with a roof socket or directly on
the air extraction pipe without a roof socket.
EHD units have horizontal air outlet.
They are switched on and off using a
separate switch (this should be supplied by
the customer). The fan unit switches on/off
immediately when the switch is operated.
The speed of EHD units can be controlled,
for example using speed controllers ST..
and STU.., see Maico accessories.
