Kabel ordnungsgemäß in Elektronikgehäuse
einführen (evtl. „Wassersack“) und Druckmut-
ter anziehen bis der Dichteinsatz einen leicht
über die Druckmutter vorstehenden Wulst bil-
det. Maximaldrehmomente:
M20 = 5,5 Nm, M16 = 3,5 Nm

Das Eindringen von Wasser durch die Kabel-
verschraubung ist zu verhindern! Aus diesem
Grund sind die Kabelverschraubungen immer
nach unten anzuordnen.

Der Klemmbereich der M20 Kabelverschrau-
bung beträgt 8-13 mm. Die beiden M16 Kabel-
verschraubungen haben einen Klemmbereich
von 5,7-10 mm.

Bei der Montage des Deckels für den Leitungs-
anschluss ist darauf zu achten, dass keine
Kleinteile wie z.B. Abisoliermaterial, Rück-
stände von der Montage zwischen Deckel und
Gehäuse eingeklemmt werden. Schrauben mit
2 Nm anziehen.

Der Berührstrom nach IEC 60990, Bild 4 be-
trägt <3,5mA.

Bei unsymmetrischen Netzen oder dem Ausfall
einer Phase kann der Ableitstrom auf ein Viel-
faches des Nennwertes ansteigen

When assembling the cover for the cable con-
nection, make sure that no small parts such as
stripping material or residues from the assem-
bly are trapped between the cover and hous-
ing. Tighten screws with 2 Nm.

The leakage current according IEC 60990, pic-
ture 4 is <3,5mA.

In unbalanced networks or if one phase fails,
the leakage current can rise to a multiple of the
nominal value.
Harmonische Verzerrung
Gemäß EN 61000-3-2 sind für professionell ge-
nutzte 3~ Ventilatoren (Klasse A) mit einer Be-
messungsleitung über 1 kW keine Grenzwerte für
Oberschwingungsströme festgelegt.
Wenn einzelne in sich abgeschlossene Geräte
(Betriebsmittel, Einrichtungen) in einem Gestell
oder Gehäuse eingebaut sind, werden sie so be-
trachtet, als wären sie einzeln mit dem Netz ver-
bunden. Das gesamte Gestell oder Gehäuse
braucht nicht geprüft werden.
Bei Überschreitung der 3~ Nennströme von 16A
ist mit dem zuständigen EVU Rücksprache zu
halten (technische Anschlussbedingungen).
Ebenfalls ist die Kurzschlussleistung Ssc nach
IEC 61000-3-12 zu beachten damit die Grenz-
werte in dieser Norm eingehalten werden kön-
nen.
Harmonic distortion
According to EN 61000-3-2, no limit values for
harmonics are specified for professionally used
3 ~ fans (Class A) with a rated power exceeding
1 kW.
When individual self-contained devices (equip-
ment, facilities) are installed in a rack or enclo-
sure, they are considered to be individually con-
nected to the main. The entire frame or housing
need not be tested.
If the 3 ~ nominal currents of 16A is exceeded,
please contact the responsible energy supply
company (technical mains conditions). Also, ob-
serve the short circuit power Ssc according to
IEC 61000-3-12 so that the limit values comply
with this standard.
