1. Only use a dry cloth to clean the internal
parts of the fan.
2. If the designer cover [3] is very dirty,
evenly remove it in parallel from the cover
[4] and clean with water.
3. Fit designer cover [3]. Ensure that the
4 studs engage properly in the cover [4].
4. Switch the mains fuse on, perform a
function test.
11. Fault rectification
● Call on the services of a trained electrician
any time there is a fault.
● Repairs should only be carried out by a
trained electrician.
DANGER
Danger to life from electric
shock.
Switch off mains fuse before
working on electrical connection.
Both
LEDs off.
No mains voltage.
Check whether the mains
fuse has failed. Switch on if
necessary.
Both LEDs
blink in one-
second
intervals.
External climate sensor error.
The connection to the external
climate sensor is interrupted.
Check the sensor connection
cable and plug contact.
Both LEDs
blink in three-
second
intervals
Internal climate sensor error.
The internal climate sensor
has not been detected. Check
for firm seating and correct
mounting orientation.
Fan does
not switch
on.
Impeller blocked.
Should only be carried out
by a trained electrician:
Check impeller and
clean if necessary.
12. Dismantling
Dismantling may only be undertaken
by an electrician.
DANGER
Danger to life from electric
shock. Switch off mains fuse
before removing.
1. Switch the mains fuse off.
2. Remove covers [3] and [4].
3. Remove the electronics cover [7].
4. Remove power cable.
5. Remove fan.
13. Disposal
Do not dispose of in domestic
waste.
The unit contains in part materials
that can be recycled and in part
substances that should not end up in
the domestic waste.
Dispose of the unit once it has reached the
end of its service life according to the
regulations valid where you are.
