6. Insert the PTC heat register module into the
two slots in the EPP housing and secure it
with the two plastic locking pins (arrows)
provided.
7. Make a 90° elbow in the connecting cable and

ing test. After a short time the supply air fan
starts. When functioning correctly, heated air

8 Replacing PTC heat register
1.
Powerbox H:
Remove WS 75 APA/UPA/
UPGA cover.
Powerbox S:
Remove any
cover that may be present.
2. Remove the cover of electronics compartment
(2 screws).
3. Remove the two plastic locking pins on the
PTC heat register module and pull the module
out of the EPP housing.
CAUTION Risk of burning on hot PTC
heat register or hot housing parts.
Only touch the heat register or housing parts
when they have cooled down.
4. Disconnect the wiring of the PTC heat register
and pull the connecting cable out of the cable
duct.
5. Install new PTC heat register as described in
the previous chapter.
Only use genuine components.
