6.2.4 Child Restraint and Airbag (if equipped)
Never place a Child seat (Rear-facing or Front facing) restraint in
front passengers seat, if passenger airbag is present. Because, If
the airbag deploys could cause serious or Fatal injuries to the child.
Extreme Hazard! Do not use a rear facing child restraint on a
seat protected by an airbag in front of it!
Never put a child restraint in the front passenger’s seat. If the
front passenger airbag inflates, it can cause serious or fatal
injuries.(Only where Front passenger airbag present)
Never hold an infant or child on your lap. The infant or child
could be seriously injured in the event of a crash. All infants and
children should be properly restrained in appropriate child
safety seats or seat belts in the rear seat.
Install child restraint system as suggested in Sec 5.8 on the
rear outboard seats, and securely lock the child restraint
system in position.
Always Buckle Children (ABC) in the back seat. It is the safest
place for children of any age to ride.(if applicable)
6.2.5 Airbag Deployment

Front Airbag’s
Front airbags are designed to inflate in a frontal collision depending
on the intensity, speed or angles of impact of the front collision.
