The MCL 3.1.x database has 17 application slots available.

Transaction Currency code is set using the Contact database.

Some tags are stored in a common contactless database; changing the value of the tag in one contactless
database causes the tag to be changed in all contactless databases. Common tags are 5F36, 9F1A, 9F1C,
DFDF14, DFDF15, DFDF19, and 9F4E.
