5. Preparation
Prior to using the Bluetooth® Sports Earphones, first charge the integrated lithium-
polymer battery. You can then connect the earphones to a Bluetooth® device such as a
Smartphone or a Tablet PC.
5.1. Charging the battery
Prior to using the Bluetooth® Sports Earphones or in case of low charge level, the
integrated battery must be charged. A low charging level is indicated, by the earphones
giving off five audio signals every five minutes and the flashing control LED.
To charge the battery, the supplied USB charging cable must be connected to the
earphone marked with ”R“, as shown below.
Insert the upper end of the earphones cable into the provided cable support at the
USB charging cable. Now open the retaining clamp by pushing it together. Connect the
contacts of the retaining clamp to the contacts of the earphones and close retaining
clamp again.
