Chip outlet blocked
Operation without extraction
Remove the chips after turning the
machine off. To do so, open slider
39 (Fig. 10 - page 4). The chips in
the chip duct can now be easily
removed downwards. Then close
the slider to the rear again.
Extraction too weak
Use an extraction unit, which
guarantees an air speed of at least
20 m/s (65.6 ft/sec.) at the
extraction connection piece
Wood particles in the chip ejector
Open slider 39 (Fig. 10 - page 4).
The wood particles can now be
easily removed downwards out of
the chip duct.
If this should not be completely
possible, lower the saw blade as
far as possible. Then close the
slider to the rear again.
Height adjustment is sluggish
Pull rod, worm toothed segment
and retaining plate dirty
Clean components and grease or
lubricate
Pulling device is sluggish
Pull rod, ball bearing running
surface and guide tube dirty
Clean components
Tubular frame cannot be folded in
Upper saw guard in parking
