Machine care
The sliding and rolling parts must be occasionally
cleaned of chips and dust with a suitable vacuum
cleaner. Occasional spraying with a commercially
available lubricant (e.g. Caramba) facilitates sliding of
the parts.
In order to avoid too large a temperature rise of the
motor check occasionally that there is no dust deposit
on its surface. If dirty, the filter housing on the motor
must be cleaned (see 4.9).
6.3
Storage
If the machine is not used for a longer period of time,
it has to be carefully cleaned. Spray bright metal parts
with a rust inhibitor.
