Thank you for choosing the flashlight from Mactronic. Similarly to other
high quality devices, proper operation and maintenance will ensure high
durability and reliability of the product. Please read the following
instruction and save it for future reference as it contains essential
information on safe operation and use.
SAFETY
Using the flashlight against its intended purpose is not recommended.
The manufacturer voids the warranty if the flashlight is used against its
intended purpose. Make sure only original spare parts designed for
Mactronic® series flashlights are used. Using spare parts made by other
manufacturers may affect the product’s quality and parameters.
Pursuant to EU Directive WEEE it is forbidden to place the used batteries
in household waste bins - the batteries must be placed in special
containers.
OPERATION
The flashlight features 5 operating modes. 2%; 1

%;
60
%; 100% and the
Strobe mode. Press the button in the back of the flashlight’s handle to
activate it. The flashlight will be activated in the operating mode that was
last used. To select the next operating mode, press the button in the
front part of the handle. Each time the button is pressed the consecutive
mode will be selected, in the following sequence: 25 lm / 200 lm / 750 lm
/ 1300 lm. To activate the most powerful lighting mode at any time,
quickly press the mode selection button twice. The stroboscope mode is
activated by keeping the button depressed for around 2 seconds.
CHARGING
Remove the silicone cap from the flashlight’s charging socket on one of
the sides. Plug in the USB charger into a 230 V AC wall socket. Carefully
connect the USB cable to the charger’s socket. Connect the plug of the
Micro USB cable to the flashlight’s socket. Activation of the red LED
located under the mode selection button marks the beginning of the
recharging process. The recharging is complete when the LED’s
illumination changes to green. After the flashlight is activated it signals
the level of charging (for around 3 seconds). If the green LED is
activated, the battery is charged to
more
than 50% of its capacity. If the
red LED is slowly activated and deactivated, the battery’s charging level
is 10% to 50%. If the battery’s charging level is less than 10%, the red
LED flashes more quickly. The flashlight also signals when the battery
level drops to below 50% - this is indicated by a flashing red LED; if the
level drops to below 10%, the red LED flashes more quickly. If the
battery is deeply discharged, the electronic control system deactivates
the more powerful lighting modes to extend the remaining time of
operation. Alternatively, to the enclosed Li-Ion 3400 mAh battery, the
flashlight works with two CR123 rechargeable batteries. Do not attempt
to recharge the flashlight when using the CR123 batteries.
CAUTION
SAFETY
• Always observe the polarity as indicated on the battery container.
• If battery acid gets in contact with skin, immediately flush the affected
area with fresh water and seek medical attention.
• Remove the batteries prior to long-term storage.
• Do not attempt to recharge alkaline batteries.
• Do not attempt to open the batteries.
• Never dispose of batteries in fire.

Unless authorized by Mactronic in writing, any modifications and user
attempts at home repairs will automatically void the warranty

WARRANTY
Mactronic covers the flashlight with a 2-year warranty for any
manufactured defects in material and/or workmanship. The warranty
does not cover normal use, rust, unauthorized modifications, improper
storage, damage from falls, improper handling, corrosion from leaking
batteries and use of the flashlight contrary to its intended purpose.

nutzen. Der Hersteller verweigert ausdrücklich die Garantie im Fall der
bestimmungswidrigen Nutzung der Taschenlampe. Vergewissern Sie
sich, dass Sie Originalteile für die Taschenlampen Mactronic® nutzen.
Die Nutzung von Ersatzteilen anderer Hersteller kann die Qualität und
die Parameter des Produktes beeinträchtigen. Gemäß der EU-Richtlinie
über Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte dürfen Sie die verbrauchten
Batterien nur in dazu bestimmten Batteriebehältern entsorgen.
FUNKTIONSWEISE

Zum Einschalten der Taschenlampe drücken Sie die Taste im hinteren
Teil des Griffs. Sie schaltet sich im letzten benutzten Lichtmodus ein. Um
in einen weiteren Lichtmodus umzuschalten, drücken Sie die Taste im
vorderen Teil des Griffs. Jedes einzelne Drücken schaltet den
Lichtmodus in einen weiteren Modus in folgender Reihenfolge um: 25 lm
