Adjusting the Manual Header Raise/Lower Rate
–
John Deere 70 Series
The weight of the header will dictate the rate at which the header can be raised or lowered during operation.
To manually adjust the header raise/lower rate, do the following steps:

Press button (A) and the current raise/lower rate setting
will appear on the monitor (the lower the reading, the
slower the rate).
2.
Use scroll knob (B) to adjust the rate. The adjustment will
be saved automatically.
NOTE:
If the screen remains idle for a short period of time, it will
automatically return to the previous screen. Pressing check
mark button (C) will also return the monitor to the previous
screen.
