Installing Feed Draper Idler Roller

The feed draper idler roller needs to be installed after it has been repaired or replaced.

Brush idler roller shaft (B) with oil.

Carefully rotate bearing assembly (C) onto the shaft by
hand to prevent seal damage.

IMPORTANT:

Ensure the bearing assembly is square to the shaft to
prevent seal damage during installation.

shaft, install nut (A) and torque it to 81 Nm (60 lbf·ft).
