• Operating instructions
Using for the first time
Compressed air supply
• Fittings and hoses must be designed to
handle the pressure and the necessary
quantity of air.
• Always use a compressed air mainte-
nance unit with filter pressure reducer.
Connecting to a compressed air canister
– Unscrew the valve pin on the top of the
regulation valve (12).
– Screw the regulation valve to the com-
pressed air canister.
– Connect to the compressed air hose (7)
or (13) the regulation valve.
– Connect the compressed air hose to the
compressed air connection (6) of the
spray stylus.
Connecting a compressor
– Connect the adapter for the compressor
quick coupling (14) to the compressed air
hose (7) or (13).
– Connect the compressed air hose to the
compressed air connection (6) of the
spray stylus.
– Fit the compressed air hose to the plug-
in coupling and engage securely.
Operation
– Switch on the compressed or screw the
valve pin on the top of the regulation
valve (12) into place.
– Set the working pressure on the com-
pressor (operating pressure:
data – p. 22) or regulate using the valve
pin on the top of the regulation valve (12).
Fill with paint
– Fill paint in the paint mixing glass.
– Thin the paint with water or suitable sol-
vent to the required viscosity.
– Fit the paint mixing glass to the connec-
toin (5).
Spraying
– Press the compressed air valve (2) to
start the spraying process.
– Rotate the paint nozzle (4) to set the
spray pattern.
– Guide the spray stylus calmly and evenly
over the object.

– Empty the paint mixing glass after spray-
ing and spray the remaining paint until
only compressed air exits.
