4.3.6 State of LED indications
All LEDs (MS-LED, NS-LED and LB-LED) light up green when
the module has a valid network configuration (e.g. IP address) and
the module has opened implicit communication and
no error states exist.
If at least one of these conditions is not met, then at least one LED lights up red or at least one LED
flashes red or green:
