SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The following basic precautions must always be taken before using the 12 in 1 Steam Cleaner
(hereinafter referred to as ‘appliance’):
GENERAL INFORMATION
• Read the instructions for use carefully and store them safely.
• Only use this appliance in accordance with instructions in this user manual.
• Prior to use, check that the mains voltage is the same as the mains voltage stated on the appliance.
• Only connect the appliance to an earthed socket.
• The guarantee will expire immediately if damage has been caused by failing to comply with this user
manual. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage caused by non-compliance with the user manual,
negligent use or use which does not comply with conditions in this user manual.
• Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
• This appliance can be used by children older than 8 years and people with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, but only if they are supervised, have been
instructed to use the appliance in a safe manner and understand the hazards involved.
• Keep the appliance and power cord out of the reach of children below the age of 8 years.
• This appliance is not a toy and should be kept under strict supervision to prevent children from using the
appliance as a toy.
• Do not allow children to clean or maintain this appliance unsupervised.
• Always remove the power plug from the socket:
o before you move the appliance;
o before you store the appliance;
o before you fit or remove accessories;
o before you clean or maintain the appliance;
o after you have used the appliance.
• Only allow repairs to be carried out by a qualified service centre. Qualified service centre: after-sales
department of the manufacturer or store, which is qualified and authorised to carry out such repairs so
potential hazards can be prevented. If problems are encountered with the appliance, please return it to this
department.
ELECTRICITY AND HEAT
• Check the power cord regularly for damage.
• Do not use the appliance if the power cord or plug shows signs of damage. If the power cord or plug is
damaged, have it replaced by a qualified service centre.
• Do not use the appliance if it has become faulty, fallen or been damaged in any way. Deliver the appliance
to the manufacturer or the closest qualified service centre for inspection or repair.
• When removing the power plug from the socket, pull on the power plug itself, not the cord.
• Prevent the power cord from touching water, hot surfaces or steam.
• Do not operate the appliance using an external time switch or a separate remote control system.
• Use a 10 amp cable if an extension cable is required. Cables with lower amperage may burn out. When
plugging in the cable, make sure people cannot accidentally pull it out or trip over it.
• Prevent overload by not connecting too many appliances in a group.
• Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid, to avoid the risk of electric shocks. Do not touch
the appliance if it has fallen into water. Remove the power plug from the socket, switch the appliance OFF
and do not use it again.
• Do not use the appliance in the immediate vicinity of heat sources like naked flames (such as hobs).
WARNING !
- Parts of this appliance can become hot. Do not touch these parts to avoid burning yourself.
- Danger of scalding by steam.
- Keep hands and other body parts away from hot steam to avoid burning yourself.
- Never direct steam at people, plants or animals (risk of scalding).

Never hold your hand in front of the steam nozzle.
- Only use the appliance once parts have been properly installed.
