Increment Period?
field defaults to Yes so that the period for the
report is automatically incremented each time the report generates. You can
changes this to No if you do not want the next report to reflect the next period.

Backing Up the Database
Use the following procedure to back up all the data in the Call Accounting System
Database to tape or diskette.

Before beginning the backup procedure, make sure the tape or diskette is in
the appropriate drive.
From the IS-II Main Menu, select
Call Accounting System (CAS)
and
Select the
System Configuration Menu
and press
[ENTER]
.
Select
Diagnostics & Monitoring Menu
and press
[ENTER]
.
Select
Backup CAS Data
and press
[ENTER]
.

Messages appear indicating the status of

— A confirmation message appears indicating that the entire CAS
database will be saved to diskette or tape.

— The time and number of tapes (or diskettes) is calculated and then
displayed. As indicated, diskettes are automatically formatted prior to
the backup.
When the first diskette or tape is in the drive and labeled, press
[ENTER]
as prompted.
— Messages appear indicating the progress of the entire
backup procedure.
Follow the onscreen instructions to remove the diskette or tape and then label
it with the appropriate number (if not already labeled).
