Updating the
You cannot move the general mailbox
mailbox (9998) to another extension.
Database
Once you have administered changes to AA,
(extension 9999) or the maintenance
perform the backup procedure
described in Chapter 5, “IS-II User Maintenance,” so that you have a backup of the
most recent database.
Updating Forms
Any changes made through Subscriber Administration must be recorded on Form
D1: Subscriber Administration, which is included in Appendix A of this guide as well
as in the AT&T Integrated Voice Power Automated Attendant Planning Guide
and Forms.
Printing or Displaying the Subscriber List
If you have a working printer connected, you can print a list of the current subscriber
database that you can refer to as you are administering the system. After you
administer additions, changes, or deletions to the subscriber database, print a hard
copy for your records. Then you can refer to the printout before you make further
changes to the database.
Use the following procedure to print or display the subscriber list:
1.
If you are going to print, make sure the printer is connected and turned on.
2.
From IS-II the Main Menu, select Automated Attendant.
3.
From the Voice Power Automated Attendant menu, select
Subscriber Administration.
4.
Press
[F8]
(CHG-KEYS) and then
[F3]
(DB MGMT).
5.

print, select
Print Subscriber Database;
to display, select
Display
Subscriber Database.
