Deleting a Query

To delete an existing query, complete the following steps from the Report
Designer Design Mode:

If you delete a query that is used in the report, the report will not run.

1. Select Query from the Edit menu.

The Query Select window appears:

2. In the Queries box, highlight the name of the query you would like to

delete.

3. Select the Delete button.

A message confirming the delete displays.

4. Select OK to delete the query.
